Each visit has been transformative and transcendent - Greg and Staff provide a warm supportive professional practice which is critical to excellent outcome . Greg has patients work with psychologist and tracking app to provide patient progress. Greg also has a veteran discount . The K therapy was definitely a success for me. After the 3rd session, i felt a switch. I became more positive and able to take action for important things like working out. It’s not a miracle remedy, it’s an excellent booster / starter that enabled me to turn my life around by being more optimistic in general and feeling that everything will be ok. I recommend implementing a routine of work out, healthy habit and meditations / walks/ hikes/ time in nature.i strongly recommend K therapy with Greg. Greg was understanding, , a good listener who is passionate about his profession and making sure i understood the whole process. My advice , surrender to the experience and allow the magic to happen even if it feels uncomfortable at first, let go and enjoy.
